EPS started its work from the day it had been established. Under the initiative, a “Plantation Drive” was organized in the University on Friday, 1st April in which awareness sessions were held and fundraising. The campaign’s main aim was to direct students’ minds toward making the University “Clean and Green”. Students participated in the drive enthusiastically.
The plantation was also done and students helped each other in planting saplings. Such little steps taken by the University and students will surely help in fostering the environment.
Moreover, there are also other upcoming events of Water Conservation Drive, Cleanliness Drive, Recycling and Managing waste materials, by the Environmental Protection Society in the coming weeks.
