Overview

Directorate of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible for the planning, management, and direction of technology initiatives in support of both academic and administrative operations at UMW. DIT provides the campus community a diverse set of technology services including development, monitoring, and maintenance of the campus data network, telephone system, computer systems and servers, computer labs, and smart classrooms.

Miss Moniba Iqbal is MS in software engineering from National University of Science and Technology (NUST). She has finished her MSc degree from Sargodha University (sub-campus Mianwali) with distinction. She had gained teaching experience working as teacher assistant in NUST and visiting lecturer in Sargodha University(sub-campus Mianwali). Her areas of teaching interests are software engineering, database system and designs and web development. She has published conference paper titled as “A source code quality analysis approach” in 10th International Conference on Software, Knowledge, Information Management & Applications (SKIMA) 2016 conference. Another research paper “RE” is under review process.
