Welfare, safety and enhanced comfort of students and employees are foremost concerns of University of Mianwali (UMW). From limited resources, UMW provides subsidized rate transportation facilities to Students and staff at Mianwali and its Suburbs. University also provides the bus facility to students for study tours and Outdoors activities etc.
he bus service facility is allotted on a semester basis. The transportation charges for the Piplan Route (01–03) are Rs. 8,000 per month. One route from Quaidabad to Mianwali (Route 04) is scheduled for female students at a subsidized rate of Rs. 7,500 per month. Another route from Kamar Mashani to Mianwali (Route 05) is charged at Rs. 7,500 per month. The route from Danda Shah Bilawal to Mianwali (Route 06) carries a monthly charge of Rs. 8,000. Payment is usually made just before the commencement of the new semester or month.
All permissions to use the transportation facility are reserved by the University and can be disallowed to any scholar or staff member. Moreover, transportation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
