A seminar on “Partnerships for Wildlife Conservation” was organized by Department of Zoology. The session was quite motivational and informative. Dr. Muhammad Abrar (Assistant Director Wildlife Department Mianwali) delivered a lecture for the faculty members and students of Department of Zoology and also shared their knowledge and expertise.
He provided information about the various endangered species of Pakistan including various birds and mammals that are under threat. He also educated about the role of wildlife in maintaining the ecological balance. At the end of seminar there was a fruitful discussion on the latest research, techniques, and strategies used to protect and conserve wildlife. Dr. Muhammad Abrar told that the seminar will be helpful in creating opportunities for collaboration and partnerships that can lead to effective conservation efforts and encourage the students to play their role and make a difference in their own communities.
